🚔‼️Полицией устанавливаются обстоятельства ДТП в Ломоносовской районе Ленобласти

▪️25 ноября в 07:24 в поселке Новоселье Ломоносовского района Ленобласти около дома 8 по Красносельскому шоссе произошло столкновение автобуса и грузовика.
❗️На месте находится наряд Госавтоинспекции.
❗️Обстоятельства ДТП устанавливаются.
По предварительным данным, рейсовый автобус 181 маршрута, за рулем которого находился водитель - гражданин одного из государств Центральной Азии, въехал сзади в припаркованную у обочины фуру.
В результате ДТП пострадало 11 человек, в том числе 5 несовершеннолетних, одна из пострадавших находится в тяжелом состоянии.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
