А проблемы с отоплением в Чите и прилегающих поселках в предыдущем отопительном сезоне начались уже в середине декабря.
На днях министр энергетики РФ Сергей Цивилев констатировал, что Дальний Восток входит в осенне-зимний период без необходимого резерва генерирующих мощностей. И что резервы созданной в СССР энергетики исчерпаны.
