Суд не удовлетворил ходатайство следователя о продлении ареста и назначил Александру Самбурскому новую меру пресечения – домашний арест на 2 месяца 3 дня – до 1 апреля 2025 года.
Теперь он будет находиться в квартире в центре Оренбурга, которую снимает длительное время. Ему запрещено пользоваться телефоном, выходить в интернет и общаться с кем-либо, кроме родных и адвоката. Покидать жилище тоже запрещено.
Напомним, 6 месяцев он находился под арестом в СИЗО.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
