В Москве возбуждено уголовное дело о дискредитации Российской армии
Следственной частью СУ УВД по ЦАО ГУ МВД России по г. Москве возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении мужчины. Он подозревается в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 280.3 УК РФ.
Установлено, что мужчина разместил в сети Интернет видеоролик, содержание которого дискредитировало использование Вооружённых сил Российской Федерации в целях защиты интересов страны и её граждан. Ранее мужчина уже привлекался к административной ответственности по ст. 20.3.3 КоАП РФ.
Подозреваемый задержан в г. Екатеринбурге и будет доставлен в г. Москву для проведения следственных действий. Расследование продолжается.
