А я нашел наконец вменяемый yt-dlp с GUI и при этом бесплатный и портативный — VLD video downloader https://github.com/engatec/vdl с ядром от yt-dlp. Резать он не может, но так же нашел просто реактивную резалку без перекодирования: https://www.gihosoft.com/free-video-cutter.html как видно тоже полностью бесплатная.
Алсо я решил теперь все видосы с ютубов кидать без опенграфа, а обрезав кусочек который мне больше понравился, как вот этот.
