Главу МУП Щелковский межрайонный водоканал Дениса Маслова несколько лет назад по иску региональной прокуратуры выгнали из администрации Архангельска из-за того, что он ранее работал в «аквилоновских» структурах. Недалеко ушел и главный бенефициар концессии «Щелковский водоканал» Андрей Пуляев, которого в 2012 году привлекали за мошенничество.
