28 июля 2022 года ККС Чечни на должность судьи Верховного Суда Чеченской Республики рекомендована бывшая судья Бабушкинского районного суда Москвы Устюгова Людмила Викторовна, которая привлекалась к дисциплинарной ответственности ККС Москвы, после чего была вынуждена уйти с должности судьи.
О привлечении к дисциплинарной ответственности сведения кандидат Устюгова Людмила Викторовна не представила. Весьма сомнительно, что судья Бабушкинского районного суда, которая вынуждена была уйти с должности судьи районного суда, рекомендована на вышестоящую должность судьи Верховного Суда Чеченской Республики.
