Ранее у Грабара возникли проблемы с экспортом этого джина через Чехию в Европу, вот он и решил отыграться на россиянах.
Одновременно с этим Грабар проводит скупку алкогольных заводов в России и пользуется здесь негласной поддержкой Ильи Клебанова, у которого он был советником в Смольном в 1998-1999 годах. Через Клебанова в этом бизнесе могли быть задействованы деньги «Транснефти».

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
