ОСК перевела на себя 49,99%, ранее принадлежавшие судостроительной компании Arctech Helsinki Shipyard. В октябре «Невский ССЗ» стал владельцем 100% собственного капитала, теперь на балансе компании осталось только 50,01%.
📣«Если целью реструктуризации является аккумулирование 100% участия за конечным бенефициаром, можно ожидать, что доля 50,01% будет продана ОСК» или погашена в рамках установленного законом срока, полагает юрист Forward Legal Максим Игнатов.
