Он сам родом из Питера (а там мосты очень любят!). Но концепция Ленского моста - весьма и весьма спорная. Река Лена - это вам не родная река Айсена Нева! Во-первых, "николаевский мост" через Лену предполагается сделать платным (и плата будет очень высокой - чтобы строители получили мега-прибыль!). А в Петербурге платных мостов нет и в помине!! Во-вторых, республика нуждается в совсем другом - совмещённом мостовом переходе: автомобильно-железнодорожном. А в проекте Николаева это никак не учтено. В-третьих, Главгосэкспертиза уже отклоняла проект. А это уже говорит о выбранных якутским воеводой А.Николаевым проектировщиках.
