Прокуратура Вилюйского района провела проверку соблюдения жилищных прав лиц из числа детей-сирот. В результате проверки было установлено, что на территории района на учете лиц, подлежащих обеспечению жилыми помещениями специализированного жилищного фонда, состоит 6 сирот, которые муниципалитетом в установленный срок жильем не обеспечены.
Для восстановления нарушенных прав лиц, нуждающихся в особой заботе государства, прокуратура обратилась с исками в суд о предоставлении им благоустроенных квартир. Суд удовлетворил исковые требования прокурора в полном объеме. После вмешательства прокуратуры сиротам предоставлены благоустроенные жилые помещения, их права восстановлены.
