Кроме того, депутаты утвердили повышение до 2640 рублей за квадратный метр (рост на 4,3%) базовой ставки арендной платы за помещения, которые находится в муниципальной собственности. Это позволит пополнить бюджет города 3,1 млн рублями.
Затем депутаты утвердили новую ставку арендной платы муниципального имущества, которым пользуется ЗАО «СПГЭС». С 1 января 2022 года сумма аренды достигнет 62,8 млн рублей (рост на 5,45 млн рублей).
