Сегодня в Республиканском списке экстремистских материалов очередное обновление. Из недавних решений судов Брестской области туда добавили: 🔸тeлеграм-канал «Беларусы Грузии / BY in Georgia»
Как указано в списке, решение было принято барановичским судом 26 мая 2023. Кто из судей стоит за решением, брестской «Весне» не удалось узнать из открытых источников (возможно, это первый такой случай в нашей практике с декабря 2021 года).
Отметим, что именно барановичские судьи (в сравнении с другими судьями) очень не любят ресурсы диаспор. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
