Падчас Школы вы даведаецеся пра шмат тэм, звязаных з правамі чалавека (напр.: уводзіны ў канцэпцыю правоў чалавека, роўнасць і недыскрымінацыя, нацыянальныя і міжнародныя механізмы абароны правоў чалавека). Таксама вы даведаецеся пра youth rights, як адвакатаваць інтарэсы беларускай моладзі.
Арганізатары_кі забяспечваюць трансфер, пражыванне і харчаванне на працягу праграмы. Аднак візавая падтрымка не аказваецца. Найбольш матываваныя ўдзельнікі змогуць прэтэндаваць на ўдзел у адукацыйным моладзевым візіце ў Нарвегію.
