Сегодня, 28 августа, в Берёзе начали судить группу людей за "грубое нарушение порядка" в августе 2020 года. Суд начался против следующих березовчан: Скробот Сергей, Говша Сергей, Шиманчик Игорь, Мальков Александр. Всем им вменяют ч.1 ст.342 УК.
Про Шиманчика известно, что его в 2020 году судили по политическому административному делу (по ст.23.34 КоАП), а в июле 2021 года задерживали и продержали в ИВС несколько суток без суда.
Отметим, что данный уголовный процесс — это первый массовый уголовный суд за протесты, проходившие после выборов 2020 года в Берёзе. Ранее там никого не судили по уголовной статье 342 УК за те протесты. И внезапно, 4 года спустя, власти решили осудить людей за то, что вообще-то не является преступлением — решили осудить людей за реализацию права на мирный протест.
