Во второй половине ноября коммунисты провели в российских городах целую серию уличных акций против введения QR-кодов и ограничений для невакцинированных граждан.
Однако протестные акции КПРФ совершенно не затронули регионы, во главе которых стоят «красные» губернаторы, хотя они одними из первых ввели жесткие ограничения по системе QR-кодов.
В частности, акции против QR-ограничений обошли стороной Республику Хакасия во главе с губернатором Валентином Коноваловым, который ввел систему QR-кодов еще в первой половине октября.
Протестных акций также не было и в Орловской области, которой руководит коммунист Андрей Клычков, а также в Ульяновской области, губернатором которой является член КПРФ Алексей Русских.
