Но распространилось массово. Наверное, как обычно, сначала какой-нибудь начальник слово стал часто и не к месту употреблять, а за ним и все остальные. Значения толком не понимают, но звучит солидно и политологично. Тезисы - это знаете ли для дешёвых пропагандистов, а нарративы - для солидных идеологов.
