Делюсь книгой, которая подарила мне профессию методиста
В 2020 году я из преподавателя НИУ ВШЭ переквалифицировалась в методиста.
Решила, что академическая среда для меня тесна, а обучение делать я люблю. Пошла на курсы в Skillbox, но потом поняла, что мне не хватает теории. И нашла эту книгу.
Как потом поняла, один из авторов - знаменитый Ганье, автор 9 образовательных событий😍
C её помощью на работе в Яндекс Практикуме я смогла сделать 9-месячную профессию и сразу начала брать фриланс-проекты.
Тут по полкам разложено, как формулировать образовательные цели, как работать с группой и планировать занятия.
Подойдёт как для тех, кто работает с детьми, так и со взрослыми.
Единственное: книга на английском, но она того стоит.
