🌳Благоустроили главную площадь Краснознаменска — площадь Ленина. Об этом нас просили жители.

Мы полностью обновили локацию: от тротуарной плитки до лампочки фонарного столба. Сделали большую зеленую зону, которая отделяет шумную дорогу от пешеходной части, установили доску почета.

🏘Краснознаменск — небольшой округ, но очень уютный, стараемся эту атмосферу сохранить и приумножить. За последние пять лет мы привели в порядок Голубиную площадь, зону отдыха у «старого озера» рядом с площадью Ленина, по президентскому нацпроекту «Жилье и городская среда» благоустроили «Беличий парк». В 2026 году обновим Комсомольский бульвар.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
