Очередная рабочая неделя практически завершена. Грядет, даже не верится, заключительный февральский уик-энд. Всего через неделю – весна. Так что выбираемся из дома прощаться с морозами 🥶 (нет, не поспешили) и, заодно, набираться положительных эмоций. В планах на эти выходные у нас: концерт 🎸Гарика Сукачева, «Академия смеха» в «Прогрессе» 🎭, а еще новая выставка 🖼 в Доме архитектора, Шагал в музее им. Крамского, немножко хороших фильмов 🎟 и отличной музыки.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
