Остатки производства и потребления были обнаружены возле села Михайловка в ходе внеплановой проверки ведомством земельного участка сельскохозяйственного назначения.
Мусор был разбросан более чем на 2 тыс. кв. м площади. Земельный участок принадлежит Михайловскому сельсовету и был предоставлен в аренду физическому лицу сроком до 18 сентября этого года.
