По данным прокуратуры, из-за действий Каменщика и Когана «Домодедово» оказалось под иностранным влиянием. Каменщик — резидент Турции и ОАЭ, Коган — Израиля.
С 2021 по 2023 годы под видом погашения займов они вывели за рубеж 18 миллиардов рублей из прибыли аэропорта.
Кроме того, фактическими совладельцами 90% акций «Домодедово» вместе с Каменщиком были граждане Нидерландов и Испании.
