Если производитель утверждает, что его продукция соответствует определённому стандарту, этот стандарт должен быть официально зарегистрирован. Регистрация осуществляется на добровольной основе, но только после проведения экспертизы.
Кроме того, будет создан единый государственный фонд стандартов, который не позволит попасть фальсифицированной и некачественной продукции на прилавки магазинов.
