Ранее здание спорткомплекса пострадало от массированного обстрела со стороны ВФУ. На помощь пришли специалисты из региона-шефа Хабаровского края. При их поддержке были проведены фасадные работы, а также обновлено оборудование комплекса. В «Локомотиве» есть залы для разных видов спорта и единственный в городе бассейн. Строители уверены, что комплекс станет новым центром притяжения для жителей Дебальцево.
