⚡️В первом чтении приняли законопроект, защищающий людей от пропаганды отказа от деторождения.
Его поддержали 388 депутатов.
Законопроектом внесены дополнения в шесть действующих федеральных законов, предусматривающих в том числе запрет пропаганды педофилии, ЛГБТ, смены пола.
Мы продолжаем формировать единое правовое поле по защите детей, семьи, традиционных ценностей. Важно оградить людей, в первую очередь подрастающее поколение, от навязывания идеологии отказа от деторождения в интернете, СМИ, кинофильмах и рекламе.
За это будут предусмотрены серьёзные штрафы: 📍до 400 тысяч рублей для физических лиц; 📍до 800 тысяч рублей для должностных лиц; 📍до 5 миллионов рублей для юридических лиц.
Подчёркиваю, речь идет именно о запрете пропаганды отказа от деторождения.
Решение, рожать детей или нет, принимать женщине. С кем она хочет посоветоваться об этом — опять решать ей.
Но не должно быть пропаганды, оказывающей давление на женщину при принятии ею решения о рождении ребёнка. Что сейчас происходит в США и Европе.
