Правда: Сайт, о котором сообщают авторы фейка, давно не имеет отношения к «Лиге безопасного интернета». Речь идет о ресурсе, который находится по адресу rusreview.com. В 2013 году Лига стала учредителем издания Russian Review — Русское обозрение. Оно находилось на этом домене, но в 2022 году адрес сменил владельца. Ими стали граждане Малайзии.
Ранее мы уже разоблачали подобный фейк. В «Лиге безопасного интернета» опровергли причастность организации к распространению порнографии.
Отметим, что фейк вновь всплыл на канале, который многократно был уличен в распространении разного рода слухов, а ранее его тиражировала небезизвестная Sota. Этот канал является одним из лидеров по количеству вбросов и фейков в российском сегменте.

And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
