Как горели Мещерские леса помнят многие. Лесные пожары в 2010 году оставили без крова почти семьсот человек. Огненная стихия стерла с лица земли несколько деревень в Рязанском и Клепиковском районах. Тогда огнем было уничтожено около 120 тысяч гектаров леса. По площади это сопоставимо с площадью пяти таких городов, как Рязань. Потом были пожары 2022 года.
2023 год. Прошло время. Дома в Криушах отстроены, лес начал восстанавливаться. И снова напасть - ШЕЛКОПРЯД. Нашествие этих на первый взгляд безобидных существ, раздело леса в Криушах и Гришино основательно. Зеленая масса съедена полностью. Деревья погибают и засыхают. Опять остаемся без леса.
Борьба с вредителем не ведется. Что останется от Мещерских лесов догадаться несложно...
