Пекин, 15 октября /Синьхуа/ -- Китай готов вместе с другими странами придерживаться открытого и инклюзивного научно-технического сотрудничества. Об этом во вторник заявила официальный представитель Министерства иностранных дел КНР Мао Нин.
Согласно Глобальному инновационному индексу /GII/ 2024 года, недавно опубликованному Всемирной организацией интеллектуальной собственности, Китай за год поднялся на одно место в рейтинге самых инновационных экономик мира и по-прежнему является единственной страной со средним уровнем дохода, входящей в топ-30 рейтинга.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
