Вахитовский районный суд Казани назначил Руслану Зинатуллину штраф в 250 000 рублей по статье 20.2 ч.8 КоАП РФ (повторное нарушение правил проведения публичного мероприятия).
Основанием для задержания и составления протокола стал плакат в поддержку журналиста Константина Смирнова, который Руслан держал на согласованном пикете «За свободу слова и прессы» 1 февраля.
Во время самого пикета претензий к плакату не было – ни со стороны полиции, ни от представителя Исполкома Казани. Однако позже силовики решили, что он «не соответствовал заявленной теме».
