Указ глава подписал в 2022 году. Документ определил стратегические цели развития Мирнинского района, среди них — развитая диверсифицированная экономика, безопасная комфортная городская среда и благоустроенные сельские территории, опережающее развитие инфраструктуры, защита окружающей среды. «Указ в целом выполняется неплохо», – оценил Николаев.
