Нашел в базе арбитражных судов, что Минцифры взыскивает с издателя муниципальной газеты «Новоземельские Вести» (тираж 900 экземпляров, еженедельная) 3058 рублей.

Но это не все. Оказалось, что издатель газеты — юрлицо «Узел Связи новая земля» не только газета, а еще и действующий узел связи! И должны они министерству 1928 рублей за «обязательные отчисления в резерв универсального обслуживания» вместе с пени.

Позвонил на узел:
— Как вы там живете?
— Нормально!

Зацените саму газету, в номере есть новостная заметка, сгорел храм!

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
