🔸همین موضوع نشان می دهد که آن چه در دنیا رخ می دهد با آن چه در رسانه ها مطرح می شود،تفاوت اساسی دارند.ودولت های غربی برای حفظ نظم موجود به دیکته روایت خود ازوقایع جاری دنیا نیازدارند.
🔸وقتی مقامات رده بالا دربرابر رسانه ها این پیشنهادرا مطرح می کنند،یعنی واقعا موجودیت جریان سیاسی خود ومزایای حاصل شده از آن را درخطر دیده اند،وقاعدتا برای اجرایی کردن این ایده ها تلاش هایی هم صورت خواهد گرفت.
🔸همچنین ارائه آزادانه پیشنهاد حذف ناشناس بودن همه کاربران رسانه های اجتماعی،نشان می دهد که شرایط واوضاع جهانی را برای اجرایی کردن این طرح(با توجیه تامین امنیت ملی) مناسب دیده اند.

Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
