Его делегаты включат участников СВО в руководящие органы партии, определят основные направления работы Единой России на ближайший год, рассмотрят изменения в народную программу партии.
На Съезде рассмотрят три главные темы:
- Участие партии во всесторонней помощи фронту, нашим бойцам, жителям новых и приграничных регионов. Единая Россия с самого начала СВО включилась в эту работу.
- Внесение изменений в народную программу партии. В ней появляется отдельный раздел, посвящённый участникам СВО и их поддержке.

In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
