Судья арбитражного суда Москвы Анна Петрухина удовлетворила соответствующие ходатайства ФАС и "Лукойла". Представитель ВТБ, третьего лица в процессе, сообщил, что мировое соглашение содержит оговорку о конфиденциальности.
ФАС просит признать незаконной состоявшуюся в мае 2017 г. сделку, в результате которой ООО "Открытие промышленные инвестиции" (ОПИ, единственный участник - "Открытие Холдинг") приобрело 100% акций АО "АГД Даймондс" (бывшая "Архангельскгеолдобыча") у "Лукойла" за $1,45 млрд.
