В январе этот же суд принял к производству иск ООО «Сименс Мобильность» о взыскании с «Уральских локомотивов» >105 млн руб, основания тоже пока неизвестны.
Завод «Уральские локомотивы» был создан в 2010 г. как СП концерна Siemens и российской группы «Синара – Транспортные машины». Он выпускал электропоезда «Ласточка». В мае 2022 г. иностранная компания сообщила, что сворачивает бизнес в России, включая выход из существующих совместных предприятий.
В настоящее время завод «Уральские локомотивы», как сообщалось, производит электропоезда полностью из российских комплектующих. А60-6461/2024

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
