Арбитражный суд Москвы по заявлению Валерия Таляровского, конкурсного управляющего ООО «Гугл», в июле признал недействительными две сделки – выплату «Гуглом» дивидендов материнской компании и перечисление в бюджет 500 млн руб налогов на эти дивиденды.
Суд взыскал с Google International ~10 млрд руб в конкурсную массу «Гугла». По мнению Таляровского, сделки в преддверии банкротства были направлены на вывод активов и причинение вреда кредиторам. Юристы Google заявили, что после выплат на счетах «Гугла» оставалось 14 млрд руб и, если бы была цель вывести активы, эти деньги тоже вывели бы.
