Зампред правительства Новосибирской области Владимир Знатков устроил публичную выволочку вице-мэру Новосибирска Олегу Клемешову.
"Город сегодня не убирается, несмотря на репрессивные меры, наказания, штрафы. Все равно ничего с места не сдвигается. Хотелось бы понять, есть перспектива или нужно выходить к горожанам и говорить им: «Берите лопаты и убирайте сами?" – сказал Знатков на заседании областной комиссии по безопасности дорожного движения.
Попытки Клемешова списать проблемы на недостаток техники Знатков пресек. Он посоветовал вице-мэру посмотреть, как снег убирают в Бердске и Кольцово, и задуматься о передаче уборки на аутсорсинг.
Знатков побыл и.о. мэра Новосибирска всего четыре месяца в 2014 году, а до этого занимался городским хозяйством в статусе первого вице-мэра. Нельзя сказать, что при Знаткове Новосибирск сиял, но в этом споре крепких хозяйственников его хозяйство оказалось крепче.
