По сути это отмашка для новых назначенчев: можно продолжать в том же духе, с вами ничего плохого не произойдет, ну разве что нового Иванова найдут. Кстати далеко не факт, что и у него будет все совсем плохо, а не получится отделаться лёгким испугом.
