В остальном "правила игры" соблюдаются в полной мере и наша новая/очередная красная линия скорее всего вскоре будет пройдена. А все почему? Можно молча бить или только говорить об этом и этот закон подворотни все прекрасно знают.
Идея - рабочая, но вот кто будет её реализовывать, это вопрос, на который, по крайней мере у нас, ответа нет.
