Особое внимание уделили концепции проведения Ысыаха – это уважение к своей истории, культуре и обычаям. На празднике будут показаны символы Победы и пройдет чествование воинов. Главным символом праздника предлагается сделать Чороон Победы, а завершит празднование Осуохай Победы. Кроме того, предлагается создать образы всадников и воинов-богатырей.
