Если юбилейный концерт к 95-летию Александры Пахмутовой немного не дотянул в Москве до первого места, хоть и получил самую высокую долю аудитории, то концерт к 70-летию Игоря Крутого - с большим отрывом от всех на первом месте и доля аудитории у него выше 24%. Киселёв в этот раз в Москве только на третьем, Малахов один, в топы попала премьера сериального детектива «Овчарка», на НТВ никак не унимаются и уже вторую неделю подряд продолжают оскорблять Аллу Пугачёву🔦

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
