Издание отметило, что на объемы помощи влияет и высокая стоимость: по оценке Королевских ВВС, каждая ракета Storm Shadow стоит более $1 млн. Маловероятно, что страна обзавелась также «подушкой безопасности», которая дала бы возможность нарастить поставки и при этом сохранить определенные запасы для собственной обороны.

In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
