Начальником Управления Главы РД по внутренней политике и местному самоуправлению вместо Али Ибрагимова назначен Запир Алхасов.
Запир Алхасов с августа 2015 года работал первым заместителем Главы Администрации города Махачкала. В последние два года после прихода Салмана Дадаева фактически был отстранён от работы, но тем не менее Алхасов и никуда не ушёл пока в начале года ему не нашли работу в АГиП РД. Алхасов приходится родственником бывшему мэру Мусе Мусаеву при котором и пришёл он на должность заместителя главы администрации города.
Муса Мусаев был осужден на четыре года за превышения должностных полномочий.
Бывший руководитель Управления Али Ибрагимов, который по сути и провалил кадровую и внутреннюю политику, как пишут, остаётся заместителем начальника Управления.
