Вместо пообещанного ледового дворца, строительство которого находится под контролем Президента России, на экспертизу и разработку которого были потрачены миллионы из бюджета, благодаря АПИ друзья Руслана Алиева собираются строить многоквартирные дома и торговые центры. Я надеюсь, что прокурор республики Виктор Эпп обратит на это внимание. В региональной власти кто-то видимо в доле, а кто-то просто боится высказаться.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
