В тоже самое время Россия и Казахстан принимают 5-летнюю программуна восстановление реки Урал (Жайык), целый ряд восстановительных мероприятий, государству придется потратить на реконструкцию экосистемы большие деньги.
Так может имеет смысл просто следовать букве принятого закона безо всяких поблажек для добывающих компаний?! И не придется потом усилиями двух государств восстанавливать реки и водоемы.
