Документ был вручен ООО «Метротрансмост» 13 ноября. Однако 17 декабря от эксперта данной организации поступило ходатайство о самоотводе. Рассмотреть этот вопрос планируется 5 февраля. Таким образом, рассмотрение иска администрации Вяземского района к АО ИК "Геомост", выполнявшему обследование инженерного сооружения до его обрушения, затягивается.
