Омбудсмен РФ Татьяна Москалькова сообщила, что к ней поступило обращение от заключенного СИЗО в Грозном Никиты Журавеля. Он рассказал, что в изоляторе его избил сын Рамзана Кадырова Адам.
Москалькова заявила, что попросила чеченского омбудсмена Мансура Солтаева провести проверку.
«Особенно просила обратить внимание на медицинское освидетельствование побоев и показания свидетелей», — заявила Москалькова.
Курьера из Волгограда Никиту Журавеля задержали в мае 2023 года. Его обвиняют в том, что он сжег Коран возле Соборной мечети. Молодого человека доставили в СИЗО в Грозном. На допросе Журавель также сказал, что якобы действовал по указанию спецслужб Украины и снимал для них военные объекты.
