Сегодня стало известно, что 12 января филиппинских рыбаков, находящихся возле рифа Скарборо и собиравших ракушки, прогнали представители китайской береговой охраны. Но перед этим китайцы потребовали от филиппинцев вернуть ракушки в воду — возможно, у береговой охраны КНР на них были свои планы.
