Владельцы ресторанов, кафе и баров региона не соблюдали требования указа губернатора в части режима работы до 23.00, при этом пять из них ранее уже привлекались к административной ответственности за аналогичные нарушения.
За нарушения предусмотрено наложение административного штрафа. В случае повторного нарушения хозяйствующим субъектом требований указа губернатора возможно временное приостановление деятельности сроком до 90 суток.
