Жители города встали в защиту военного городка № 17, который был построен еще до революции, но до сих пор его будущее не определено и он продолжает ветшать, физматшколы и Академгородка (уникальный город-лес), советской неоклассики — Речкуновского санатория под Новосибирском, а также соцгородков Сибсельмаша, завода «Тяжстанкогидропресс» и авиазавода им. Чкалова и ряда других объектов.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys.
